SCCS Opinion: Hair Dye
The SCCS has determined the acceptability of a cosmetic ingredient intended for use as a hair dye in oxidative products.

This ingredient, which is part of a great number of fragrances, has been in the scope of the SCCS and IFRA for some time. Its safety has been questioned in the past on several occasions, this mandate might be the final answer to this long-standing question.
