Preliminary opinion of the SCCS for a fragrance ingredient.
The ingredient up for review is currently regulated under Annex III of the Regulation as one of the allergens that must be declared on product label. The SCCS has published a preliminary opinion in which it answers the question regarding ingredient safety.
