Amendment to Annex IV of Regulation 1223/2009
An amendement to the Regulation on cosmetic products will limit the presence of a colouring ingredient included in Annex IV, following the restrictions established by the SCCS.
New request for a scientific opinion from the SCCS
The European Comission has requested a new opinion from the SCCS for a sunscreen ingredient. This UV filter has been assesed in the past, but resulting in unconclusive or insufficient data presented.
