Keeping up to date with their progress gives us an idea of the directions that alternative experimental methods are taking.

An ingredient used as a skin conditioner has applied for recognition and safety evaluation for its use as a preservative. The resulting opinion will affect both uses of the ingredient and restrict the presence of the ingredient in cosmetic formulations.
